Do your own foot spa easily at home.
A simple at-home foot spa
Prep your supplies. You'll need a basin or tub for soaking, warm water, Epsom salt, a mild soap or foot wash, a towel, and moisturizer.
Soak your feet. Fill the basin with warm water and add a generous amount of Epsom salt. Let your feet soak for 15-20 minutes. This helps to soften calluses and soothe tired muscles.
Scrub and exfoliate. Use a foot scrub or a pumice stone to gently scrub away dead skin from the heels and soles. Focus on any rough patches.
Wash and rinse. Use a mild soap to wash your feet thoroughly, then rinse with clean water.
Moisturize. Dry your feet with a towel and apply a rich moisturizer or foot cream. Massage it into your feet, especially the heels and toes. For an extra treat, put on a pair of socks to lock in the moisture.
